SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR | BRISTOL | UP TO £70K

I'm on the lookout for a Senior QS to join a civil engineering business in Bristol, with up to £70k on the table .
This isn't just about spreadsheets and chasing payments (although there'll be a bit of that). It's about taking ownership, spotting opportunities, managing risk and making a real impact on project performance.
What you'll be getting stuck into:

• Keeping project costs, budgets and forecasts in check.
• Managing subcontractors, valuations and final accounts.
• Negotiating contracts and keeping commercial risks under control.
• Working alongside project teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Spotting opportunities to protect margins and boost profitability.

You'll be a good fit if you:

• Know your way around civil engineering projects.
• Have a solid commercial head on your shoulders.
• Can handle contracts, costs and negotiations without breaking a sweat.
• Like having responsibility and making things happen.
