Project Manager (HVAC) | London | Up to 80,000 + Package
A well-established and growing Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their London team, delivering HVAC and mechanical projects across the commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.
Responsibilities:

• Managing HVAC and mechanical projects from inception to completion
• Overseeing programme, budget, quality and H&S performance
• Coordinating engineering, procurement and site teams
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring project milestones are achieved
• Reporting on project progress and commercial performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering HVAC/Mechanical Building Services projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant industry qualifications preferred
