A growing precision engineering manufacturer based in Rainham is expanding its production team and is looking to recruit multiple CNC Operators due to significant investment in a new manufacturing line.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator , but we are also keen to hear from individuals with machine operating, manufacturing or engineering experience who are looking to develop a long-term career within engineering and production.

With a growing team, ongoing investment, and full training available for the right individuals, this is an exciting time to join the business.

The Role

As a CNC Operator , you will be responsible for supporting the production of precision-engineered components within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating CNC machinery
• Monitoring machine performance and production output
• Carrying out quality checks and measurements
• Performing basic machine adjustments and tool changes
• Ensuring components are manufactured to specification
• Following production and quality procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

What We're Looking For

• Experienced CNC Operators
• CNC Machinists
• CNC Setter/Operators
• Machine Operators
• Manufacturing Operatives
• Production Operatives
• Engineering Apprentices
• Recently qualified engineering candidates

Previous CNC experience is advantageous but not essential.

More important is a positive attitude, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and an interest in engineering or manufacturing.

Successful candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate:

• Experience working with machinery or manufacturing processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• A reliable and flexible approach to shift work
• A desire to develop new skills and progress their career
