Your Client Administrator responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the new business application process and meeting service level agreements
- Processing applications and engaging with providers and third parties
- Actioning Letters of Authority and Transfer of Authority documentation
- Providing regular pipeline updates and chasing outstanding cases
- Preparing Financial Planners for client meetings with accurate documentation
- Managing telephone enquiries and daily post
- Maintaining comprehensive client records within CURO back-office system
This Client Administrator position offers genuine variety across wealth management processes within a supportive yet demanding environment. You'll develop technical expertise alongside an experienced, high-volume Financial Planner where your contribution directly impacts client outcomes.
Client Administrator Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment
- Essential: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures
- Essential: Experience using CURO or similar back-office systems
- Essential: Resilient character capable of thriving in a high-volume, demanding environment
- Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing
