Are you practical, reliable, and happy to get stuck in? We are currently recruiting for a Production & Warehouse Operative to join a busy team, supporting the assembly, inspection, and preparation of products for despatch.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The Role:

Assembling products and carrying out final inspection checks in line with quality procedures
Preparing goods for despatch and ensuring all production requirements are met
Checking paperwork to ensure production items are assembled correctly and reporting any discrepancies
Supporting materials handling and other general warehouse duties as required
Assisting with the unloading of incoming deliveries when necessary
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment
Following established production procedures and quality standards
Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and wearing the appropriate PPE

About You

Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
Has a reliable and practical approach to work
Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Is happy to undertake a variety of warehouse and general duties
Can follow instructions, procedures and paperwork carefully
Understands the importance of health and safety in the workplace
Works well as part of a team and is willing to support colleagues when needed

What's on offer?

Salary of 26,740 per annum, rising to 27,827 after a successful probation
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Free on-site parking
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm
