We are recruiting on behalf of a leading equipment and tool hire business that supports major construction, infrastructure, industrial, and facilities management projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for service excellence and safety, this organisation plays a vital role in helping businesses keep their operations running smoothly.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking a Cleaner to join the team on a temporary 3-week contract at their Basildon site.
The Role
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment across the site. Duties will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the canteen and communal areas
• Cleaning toilet and washroom facilities
• Tidying and sanitising self-contained office and workspace areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies where required
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the site
• Following all health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
