Location: Horsham Town Centre, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary, initially 3–4 weeks with the potential to be extended

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a confident, professional and organised Temporary Administrator to join our client's busy office based in Horsham Town Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an excellent telephone manner and a friendly, approachable personality.

The position is initially for 3–4 weeks, although there is the potential for the assignment to continue for longer.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Welcoming clients and visitors who come into the office, providing excellent customer service.
Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
Using computer systems to search for and retrieve client contact information.
Accurately inputting invoices and updating records.
Maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
Assisting with other general office duties as required.

Skills and Experience Required

An excellent telephone manner is essential , with the confidence to handle a variety of incoming calls.
Strong PC skills and confidence using computer systems.
Previous administration or office experience would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, professional and helpful approach when dealing with clients.
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Reliable, organised and able to hit the ground running.

Additional Information

This is an immediate-start temporary opportunity , so applicants must be available to begin work at short notice.

The office is conveniently located in Horsham Town Centre.
