Estates Manager

I am working with a public sector organisation who is looking to fill an Estates Manager position on a 9 month interim basis.

About the role

• 5-6 direct line reports
• Over see the long term strategy plan of the organisation and ensure the efficient running of it
• Liaise with key stakeholders and build positive relationships
• Report directly into the Head of Property and work closely with them to ensure the service remains successful

About you

• Experience across a senior position with the public sector and understands the delicacy of the role
• Must be RICS chartered
• Proven ability of running a successful and efficient service across a busy portfolio
• Able to balance the management of a team whilst still performing your own workload
