Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We are recruiting for a well-established global business with over 2,000 employees, part of a wider group employing more than 5,000 people. Based at their Moodiesburn site, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive finance team and play a key role in the day-to-day accounts payable function.
This role would suit an organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented i ndividual with previous accounts payable experience, strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems. Ideally, you will have worked within a shared service centre environment and be confident managing payment processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, offering hybrid working, flexible hours and the potential for longer-term opportunities.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working hours available from the outset.
Hybrid working, with Wednesday and Thursday typically spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Support the timely processing of payments.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are processed in line with internal procedures.
* Use ERP systems to manage and process accounts payable information.
* Work closely with colleagues across the accounts payable team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
* Assist with queries and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
* Use Excel to manage, review and analyse financial data.
What We're Looking For
* Ideally, 1-2 years relevant accounts payable experience.
* Experience using ERP systems; knowledge of JD Edwards would be advantageous.
* Very strong Excel skills.
* Previous experience within a shared service centre environment would be beneficial.
