Job Title: Black Hat Supervisor / Site Foreman - Civils

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 250-275 per day (maximum)

Role Highlights & Packages:

• Approximately 4 months of work, with potential for extension.
• External civils and groundworks packages.
• Local, experienced candidates preferred.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Black Hat Supervisor / Site Foreman to oversee external civils and groundworks packages on a project in Sheffield. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and groundworks, with experience supervising site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Black Hat Supervisor or Site Foreman.
• Strong civils and groundworks background.
• Experience overseeing external works packages.
• Knowledge of drainage, sewer systems, kerbing and concreting.
• Reliable, experienced and confident supervising site operatives.
• Ideally based locally in or around Sheffield.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day groundworks and external civils activities.
• Overseeing kerbing, drainage, sewer installations and concreting works.
• Coordinating site operatives and subcontractors.
• Monitoring work progress and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed on site.
• Helping deliver the external works packages to programme.
