An established and highly successful business is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join its growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting and business partnering to support strategic growth and influence key commercial decisions.
What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with senior stakeholders and project leaders across multiple business ventures.
• Producing high-quality management accounts and board-level reporting.
• Developing sophisticated financial models to support commercial decisions.
• Managing project and entity-level cash flow forecasting.

• Mentoring junior finance team members and contributing to a collaborative finance function.

What We're Looking For

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills.
• Ability to influence, challenge and support senior decision-makers.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.

Why This Opportunity?
This is a genuinely impactful position offering direct exposure to senior leadership and commercial decision-making. You'll join an ambitious, entrepreneurial organisation with a strong track record of growth, where finance is viewed as a strategic partner rather than a reporting function.
