As a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant in Luton, you will work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech and language difficulties, and additional learning needs. You will provide classroom-based support and tailored one-to-one assistance, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and essential academic and social skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide targeted classroom and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs.
Assist teachers in preparing engaging lessons and differentiated learning resources.

Candidate Requirements

A degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
A full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
A genuine interest in Special Educational Needs and child development.
Previous experience working with children or within an SEN setting is desirable.
An understanding of ASD and speech and language needs is advantageous.
