B2B Account Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Worcester
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

An established and highly successful international organisation is seeking a commercially driven B2B Account Manager (Manufacturing) to join its growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious account management professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, developing strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of a portfolio of established business accounts while also supporting wider commercial growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across existing customer relationships
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and customer solutions tailored to individual requirements
• Lead customer meetings both virtually and in person
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and contract terms
• Monitor market activity and identify potential growth opportunities
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a Key Account Management, Account Manager, Technical Sales or Business Development role
• Proven track record managing B2B customer relationships
• Experience selling or supporting a physical product rather than a service-based offering
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to build credibility and trust with customers at various levels
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors
