The need now exists for a Senior MEP Manager to oversee two residential projects, one in East London and the other in West London.

ThepositionwillreportintotheGroupConstructionDirector.

YouwillleadalltheM&Epackages on both residential schemes.

Ideallylookingforthisindividualtohavethefollowing:

• Experienceininstallingmajorinfrastructure(energycentre)
• Lookingforanall-rounder,preferablyMechanicallybiased.
• Goodexperienceonlargeresidentialorhotelprojects(usedto coordinatingwithmultiplehomes/roomsinbuildandtrades).
• Someonewhocandrivebuildcostefficiencyandusedtopickingapart spec,tenderreturnsandchallengingM&Edesignersforcosteffective designs.
• Someonewhoishandsonandcandelivertoatightprogramme.

Inreturn,ourclientisofferinganythingbetween95k-105k(basic)+fullpackage(carallowance,pension,healthcare,bonus). </p
