CHEF

Part time Chef - 4 days on 4 days off in Fareham - Hampshire PO16

We are looking for an experienced chef to work 4 days per week = 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing home-cooked meals, mainly from scratch, for up to 22 residents per day. Residents place their food orders in the morning.

You will be working independently, so you must be confident working on your own.

Job Details:

• 4 days on and 4 days off per week - 20 to 24 hours
• 12midday to 6pm
• £15.00 to 15.50 per hour
• Up to 22 meals per day
• 8-weeks to 12 weeks temporary contract, temp to perm
• Paid weekly, plus holiday pay
• Basic DBS required initially; Enhanced DBS will be applied for if the role becomes permanent
• Good access to public transport

Requirements:

• Previous chef/cooking experience
• Happy to work alone
• Stable career history
• Comfortable preparing home-cooked meals from scratch
• Willing to carry out KP duties
• Reliable and responsible
