Exciting Growth Opportunity

I’m working with a really exciting specialist criminal defence firm that’s growing and looking to make three new hires to its team.

The firm specialises in the defence of sexual offences and domestic violence allegations, handling some of the most complex and sensitive cases within criminal defence.

Having just celebrated its first birthday, the firm has already outgrown its original office and moved into bigger premises in Warrington town centre - A real reflection of how quickly it’s growing!

A little about the firm...

The firm is led by an amazing woman who has genuinely done it all in criminal defence before taking the leap to set up her own practice. She leads from the front, knows the job inside out and is building something special.

With over 25 years of combined experience working alongside leading criminal defence barristers and forensic experts, the team is passionate about providing expert, compassionate representation and making sure clients feel heard and supported throughout what can be an incredibly challenging time.

The ambition is to build the business organically, bringing the right people on board who share the same values and want to be part of the firm's journey as it continues to grow.

Why could this be a great move?

• Join a growing firm: Be part of a business that's already going from strength to strength in its first year.
• Specialist work: Get involved in complex and challenging criminal defence cases.
• Strong leadership: Work alongside someone who has extensive hands-on experience and leads her team from the front.
• Room to grow: Join at an exciting stage and play a part in shaping the future of the business.
• A genuinely client-focused team: Work somewhere that understands the importance of getting the right outcome for clients and supporting them throughout the process.

Who would suit this opportunity?

I'm keen to speak with criminal defence professionals who are passionate about their work, care about their clients and want to be part of a growing, specialist practice.

Whether you're looking for your next step or simply curious about what else is out there, it could be well worth a conversation.
