Are you an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or Junior HR Advisor looking for a role where you can develop your skills, gain exposure to employee relations and build a long-term career in HR?
We're working with a growing HR consultancy supporting SMEs and business owners with practical, commercially focused HR advice. They're looking for an HR Coordinator / HR Advisor to join their team and work closely with experienced HR consultants and the business owner.
The Role
You'll support a range of clients across the full employee lifecycle, with the opportunity to develop beyond traditional HR administration.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing employment contracts and contract variations
• Managing starters, onboarding and leavers
• Maintaining accurate HR records and holiday information
• Preparing HR letters and employee documentation
• Supporting disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
• Assisting with HR investigations and employee relations cases
• Preparing documentation and gathering information for HR cases
• Supporting HR consultants with client requirements and projects
• Helping ensure HR processes and documentation remain compliant

As your experience develops, you'll gain increasing exposure to HR advisory, employee relations, employment law and client-facing work.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in HR administration or coordination
• Ideally working towards or holding CIPD - although this isn't essential
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
• Professional and comfortable communicating with employees, managers and clients
• Proactive, commercially aware and keen to learn
• Looking to progress into a more advisory HR position
• CIPD Support & Career Development

This is more than an HR administration role. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of HR and employee relations matters.
CIPD support and funding is available for the right candidate, alongside genuine opportunities to develop into a more senior, advisory and client-facing position as the consultancy grows.
