Registered Care Manager / Care Manager, Domiciliary Care, Peterborough
£30,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience (negotiable for the right candidate) | Full-time, permanent

Verity Healthcare is looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager or Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Peterborough. You'll manage a dedicated team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care, with a strong grasp of CQC regulations and compliance.

The Role

Oversee day-to-day delivery of domiciliary care
Lead, motivate and develop your team, including training and performance
Create and review personalised care plans
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
Monitor quality and safety, and support audits and inspections
Maintain accurate records, schedules and documentation
Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of the service

About You

Previous experience as a Care Manager or Registered Care Manager in domiciliary/homecare

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations; experience of CQC inspections desirable

Full UK driving licence

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

Confident decision-maker with a genuine commitment to person-centred care
