Handyman

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a global FM provider working at a flagship site in the City of London.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to faults and ensuring that building services are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose and repairfaults and issues
• Maintain toilets, taps, signs, doors, blinds, hinges, furniture etc
• Complete repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Basic carpentry and fitting
• Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately
• Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and other contractors
• Identify potential issues and report any remedial works required
• Follow all relevant health & safety procedures

Package

• A salary ranging from 35-40k (+ Overtime)
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
