We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join a high-profile retail destination, playing a key role in leading a large team, delivering outstanding commercial results and bringing fashion and style to life across the store.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help shape a customer experience that is trend-led, inspiring and commercially focused. You'll have a natural eye for style, a strong understanding of what customers want and the ability to translate fashion trends into engaging store experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in leading, developing and inspiring a large, high-performing retail team.
• Champion fashion, style and product presentation across the store, ensuring customers are inspired at every touchpoint.
• Lead seasonal transitions, new collections and key trading events, bringing the latest trends and looks to life.
• Create engaging customer journeys that showcase fashion, beauty and lifestyle products in a compelling and commercial way.
• Drive sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence through visible, hands-on leadership.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance and store standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager or senior retail leadership role within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or department store environments.
• A genuine passion for fashion, style, trends and customer experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate customer insight into business results.
• An inspirational and engaging leadership style.
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A natural eye for styling, product presentation and creating aspirational shopping environments.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
