Project Controls Consultant

Project Controls Consultant
Bristol | Permanent | 40K to 70K

I am recruiting across several permanent Project Controls opportunities with a consultancy supporting major infrastructure and capital programmes across the South West and South Wales.
The roles span different levels so this could suit someone developing within Project Controls as well as an experienced Consultant or Project Controls Manager. What you could be working on

• Project performance reporting and analysis
• Cost, schedule, risk and change interfaces
• Forecasting, baseline control and performance measurement
• Project health reporting and variance analysis
• Change control and wider contract management
• Supporting Project Managers and clients with clear Project Controls information
• Improving controls processes and reporting approaches
• Working across infrastructure and other complex delivery environments

The roles are intended for Project Controls generalists. Strong planning, risk or cost specialists may still be relevant where they have broader controls exposure or want to move into a more integrated Project Controls role.

• Practical Project Controls experience across 1 or more control areas
• An understanding of how cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting work together
• Experience producing or analysing project performance information
• Ability to work with Project Managers, clients and delivery teams
• Experience within infrastructure or a closely related project environment
• Flexibility to work across different client sites within the region

Relevant backgrounds could include infrastructure, transport, utilities, construction, energy, defence or other complex capital programmes.
