About the CNC Turnerrole;

The successful candidatewill be working in a busy but friendly environment where they will ensure machines have minimal downtime and are working efficiently to produce high precision components to drawing specifications.

We are seeking a hardworking, precise and experienced CNC Turner to add to our well-established team of CNC Engineers. In return we will give you the chance to produce a huge variety of complex components on the latest CNC Machine Tools with the right equipment and support to get the job done.

Day to day tasks will include;

Defining machine datums
Prove out new jobs
Editing machine offsets
Carrying out first off inspection checks
Maintaining machining tolerances
Interpreting engineering drawings
Collaborating with inspectors to ensure drawing tolerances are met
Material control and identification
Planning with Team Leaders to work efficiently

About you:

Experience within a CNC precision engineering environment covering programming, setting and operating
Ideally experienceusing Celos controls, DMG Machines and HyperMill
Experience of Turning Inconel, Titanium and Stainless to tight tolerances
Are ateam player with a good work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
