Simply Education are currently looking for an experienced and adaptable PPA Teacher to work full-time within a primary school.

This role would suit a teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and is confident stepping into classrooms, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, resilient and exceptionally confident with behaviour management , as they will be working across different classes and age groups.

We are looking for a PPA Teacher who:

• Has strong primary teaching experience
• Is confident teaching across multiple year groups
• Has excellent behaviour management skills
• Can establish authority and positive relationships quickly
• Is adaptable and able to respond to different classroom environments
• Can follow planning effectively while still making lessons engaging
• Is organised, reliable and professional
• Has high expectations of pupil behaviour and learning
• Can confidently manage challenging behaviour and maintain a calm classroom
• Is comfortable working with different staff teams and pupil groups

This is an ideal role for a confident primary teacher who enjoys variety and is looking for a full-time position .
