Vehicle Appraiser/Estimator

Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Bodyshop Estimator.

Brand New Workshop!

We're offering a genuinely different opportunity for an experienced VDA to join a growing, well-equipped site where your skills are valued and your workload is straightforward.

This role is ideal for an appraiser who wants to focus purely on assessing vehicles-without the usual pressures of insurance companies or customer-facing responsibilities.

Why this role stands out:

• No insurance work - all jobs are in-house
• No customer interaction - focus on what you do best
• Modern, clean facilities with a supportive team environment
• Work alongside a team of experienced appraisal staff
• Ongoing growth means real stability and future opportunities
• All vehicles under 7 years old with light damage only - no heavy or complex repairs

The Role:

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
• Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates
• Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and correct repair processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser
• Strong understanding of modern repair methods
• Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems
• Team player with good communication skills

If you're an experienced VDA looking for a cleaner, more focused role without the usual industry pressures, this is a great opportunity to step into a more streamlined and enjoyable working environment.
