Retrofit Assessor

IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our reputable client working on a social housing contract across the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term career prospects, a company van, and the chance to play a key role in improving the energy efficiency of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
• Conduct property surveys and gather all relevant data.
• Identify energy efficiency improvement measures.
• Produce accurate assessment reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with retrofit coordinators, site teams, and clients.
• Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor qualification).
• Experience working within social housing is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
