This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent, Monday-to-Friday office position where you will work directly with customers, coordinate enquiries and orders.

The Role:

• Speak with customers over the phone and via email
• Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Help prepare customer quotations and associated documentation
• Process and coordinate customer orders
• Track customer requests and follow up outstanding enquiries where required
• Keep customers updated regarding their orders and requests
• Maintain accurate customer information and internal records

The Person:

• Previous customer service or administration experience
• Some experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
