Warehouse Operatives + BONUS

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution site in Deeside, CH5 2LL .

No previous warehouse experience is required, with full training provided . This role offers a consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern , competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

Shift Pattern & Pay

Days: 07:00–19:00
£13.71 per hour
Overtime: £17.90 per hour

Nights: 19:00–07:00
£14.71 per hour
Overtime: £18.90 per hour

Choose from fixed days or fixed nights , working 4 shifts on followed by 4 days off. Overtime is also available for those looking to increase their earnings.

Earn a £450 Bonus

Work with us during the busy Black Friday and Christmas period and you could receive a £450 bonus .

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

• Pick and pack orders accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Load, unload and move stock safely around the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area
• Follow health, safety and site procedures
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets

About You

You don’t need previous warehouse experience as full induction and training are provided. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

You must:

• Be 18 or over
• Be willing to handle alcohol products
• Be comfortable with manual handling
• Be reliable and punctual with good attendance
• Work well as part of a team
• Be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
