AM2PM are recruiting for motivated Production Operatives to join one of our clients in the Brigg area, DN20. In this role, you'll be part of production operations for a coffee factory, ensuring smooth workflow and that production targets are met.

Details of a Production Operative:

Location: Brigg, DN20

Shift Patterns: EITHER Days 06:00-14:00 or Afternoons 14:00-00:00

Pay Rate: Days £12.81, Afternoons £14.81

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Requirements of a Production Operative:

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous experience in food production desirable
• Good attendance and strong work ethic are essential
• Immediate availability

Role of a Production Operative will include, but not limited to:

• Working as part of a team of production operatives
• Adhering to production processes and ensuring efficiency
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with staff training and development
