A school in Oxford is looking for an incredible SEN Teaching assistant.

What they are looking for

  • Experienced in working with children or young people with SEN.
  • Ideally experienced in supporting children who are school-avoidant, anxious or disengaged from education.
  • Confident delivering 1:1 support.
  • Comfortable supporting both English and Maths .
  • Warm, patient, calm and highly relational.
  • A strong communicator who can work positively with teachers, parents and other professionals.
  • Proactive and able to recognise when a child needs a different approach.
  • Passionate about helping children who may struggle within a traditional school environment.
