Learning Support Assistant – Primary School
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract: Long-term / Ongoing
Education Matters Group are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hertfordshire .
The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable LSA to provide support to pupils across the primary age range, helping them to engage positively with their learning and develop their confidence.
The Role:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Providing individual and small-group support where required
• Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEND
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting
• Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
• A patient, caring and positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential
