Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role that could eventually lead into Financial Advice ?
I’m working with an established Wealth Management business in central Birmingham that is looking to hire a Paraplanner based on their experience, qualifications and long-term potential , rather than simply a fixed job description.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Paraplanning background
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Relevant financial services qualifications
• Ambition to progress towards a Financial Adviser role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who wants to develop rather than simply perform a set role

• Hybrid working
• Genuine career progression towards Financial Advice
• Opportunity to work alongside and shadow experienced Financial Planners
• Private Medical Insurance
• 25 days’ annual leave
• 8x salary Life Assurance
• Strong pension contribution
• Support with relevant training, qualifications and professional exams
