The Opportunity We’re recruiting a Site Agent for a respected civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Devon and Somerset .
With a strong secured workload, projects typically range from £5m to £40m across:

• Highways and infrastructure
• Bridges and structures
• Section 278 works
• Public realm
• Road widening and junction improvements

The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects, managing:

• Day-to-day site operations
• Site teams and subcontractors
• Client and progress meetings
• Short-term programmes and look-aheads
• RAMS and H&S compliance
• Engineering drawings and specifications
• Quality assurance and project delivery

About You
You’ll be an experienced Site Agent with:

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification
• Main contractor experience
• Highways, infrastructure or structures experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good commercial awareness
• A practical, proactive approach to delivery
