A commitment to safe working practices in a workshop environment

Desirable (but not essential):

A teaching qualification (such as a PGCE, DET or PTLLS), or a willingness to work towards one
Experience assessing learners against vocational standards
Up-to-date knowledge of current automotive technology and industry practice
