Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel

Location: Watford
Pay: £15.21 per hour
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, on a rotating schedule

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join a hotel team in Watford.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team
• Allocate daily cleaning duties and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
• Check guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Train and support housekeeping staff when required
• Deal with any housekeeping issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a hotel environment
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
• Flexible to work 5 days out of 7 on a rotating basis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment

Rate: £15.21 per hour
