We are recruiting for a newly created Sales & Logistics Administrator position within an established, successful and extremely busy business supplying customers across the world.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate in any discipline who is bright, commercially minded and keen to develop their career within sales, supply chain and international logistics.

You don't need previous logistics experience. We are looking for someone with the aptitude, attitude and ambition to learn.

If you're naturally good with numbers, highly accurate and interested in developing a career within supply chain and logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

Initially, you will be trained to support the sales and international logistics operation, with responsibilities including:

Organising shipments to customers worldwide
Raising invoices and preparing shipping documentation
Using customer booking portals to arrange deliveries
Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
Checking order, pricing and delivery information for accuracy
Monitoring customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
Maintaining accurate records and information
Supporting the wider sales and customer service team

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will be trained across other areas of the department, giving you exposure to sales administration, customer service, order management, credit control, supply chain and logistics.

What We're Looking For

A degree in any discipline is essential.

More importantly, we are looking for someone with the right commercial aptitude and personality to develop within the business.

You'll need to be:

Good with numbers and comfortable working with numerical information
Exceptionally accurate with a strong eye for detail
Commercially minded and interested in how a business operates
Highly organised and able to manage several priorities
A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems
Reliable, conscientious and keen to take responsibility
Curious and genuinely interested in learning
Looking for a role where you can develop and progress

Previous office or commercial experience would be useful, but potential and attitude are more important than extensive experience.

Due to the location, a driving licence and access to a car are essential.

The exception is for candidates living in High Wycombe, where a company bus is available for employees.

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
