Site Manager - Cladding Remediation

Site Manager - Faade Remediation | Worcester

I'm currently recruiting for a Site Manager to lead a 4.5m faade remediation scheme in Worcester.

This is a 45-week residential recladding project involving the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and the installation of a new Rockpanel faade system. The contractor is operating as Principal Contractor , and you'll be the No.1 on site , taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing programme, progress and site operations
• Coordinating faade subcontractors
• Scaffold management and liaison
• Design coordination
• Health & Safety management
• Quality assurance and FieldView reporting
• Client and stakeholder communication
• Driving the project through to completion and handover

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering recladding or faade remediation projects
• Experience working for a Principal Contractor
• Strong knowledge and use of FieldView
• Rockpanel experience would be highly advantageous
