Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Manufacturing - Lancashire - Up to £65,000 DOE

About the Company
We have been retained on an exciting Operations Manager role. The business is an established manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation and a great, people-centric culture.

• Continuous improvement
• Team leadership and development
• Customer service and technical support
• Internal, statutory and customer audits

The role would suit someone who enjoys owning problems, challenging the status quo and turning improvements into lasting change.
