Requirement for an experiencedManufacturing Operative to join a successful, Redditchbased Manufacturer. The position will require the successful candidate to be an integral part of the engineering division with the responsibility of producing high-precision parts for large aerospace customers across the UK.
As aManufacturing Operative , your responsibilities will include:

• Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
• Working to instructions and specifications within a busy manufacturing environment
• Griding/Polishing/Linishing/Machiningmaterials
• Power Press operating
• Loading, unloading & monitoring Furnaces

The successful applicant will have experience within a manufacturing environment, be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks and possess manual skills (Grinding/Linishing/Polishing/Machining material etc.)
