As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging and delivering high-quality candidates for our clients, while developing your own knowledge, relationships and commercial skills.

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Construction recruitment campaigns and building a strong network of candidates.

• Sourcing suitable candidates for Construction vacancies
• Using job boards, databases and social media to identify potential candidates
• Speaking with candidates and building strong professional relationships
• Screening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and availability
• Maintaining and developing a strong candidate database
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies and client requirements
• Helping to arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process
• Developing a strong understanding of the Construction recruitment market
• Working towards individual targets and KPIs
• Developing your skills and progressing towards a Recruitment Consultant role

About You

Previous recruitment experience is not required.
