About the Business

Our client are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business operating within a regulated pharmaceutical and healthcare environment.

The role will work primarily across filling and packing operations , supporting the safe and efficient manufacture of products to high quality and GMP standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Operating filling and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Following production procedures, work instructions and GMP requirements.
• Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any issues.
• Completing production paperwork accurately.
• Reporting equipment faults, material shortages or production problems.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.
• Working as part of a production team to achieve daily targets.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable carrying out manual production work.
• Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
• Numerate with basic computer skills.
