BIM Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead BIM delivery across rail design projects from concept through to construction.
• Develop and manage BIM execution plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage model federations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650.
• Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Support and mentor engineers, technicians, and BIM coordinators.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager within engineering, infrastructure, or rail environments.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital delivery, and information management.
• Experience working on rail projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Bentley Systems software (OpenBuildings, MicroStation, ProjectWise, etc.).
• Experience with Autodesk Revit would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and common data environments (CDEs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
