Rate - Negotiable - Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 6 months - potential extension
Location: remote
The role is centred on proactive calendar management, using sound judgement to balance business priorities, stakeholder needs, workload and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise calendars, including meeting prioritisation, scheduling and rescheduling.
Protect time for preparation, focused work and breaks, and avoid unnecessary back-to-back meetings or conflicts.
Coordinate meeting invitations, attendees, agendas and relevant materials.
Provide scheduling support to Hammer and other relevant members when required.
Support travel arrangements, expense claims and routine administrative processes.

Required Skills / Experience

Experience as a PA, EA, Secretary, Project Coordinator, PMO or similar role.
Strong calendar and meeting management skills using Outlook, Teams or similar tools.
Good judgement, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to act proactively with limited direction.
SC clearance to get business laptop PC.

Working Arrangements

Remote working; regular office attendance is not required.
This does not need to be a full-time commitment; however, the individual must be available and responsive during normal UK working hours (09:00-17:30)
Contract type and level of allocation are negotiable.
