Credit Control Supervisor

NLBSolutionsareworkingwithalocalbusinessthatarelookingforanewAccountsSupervisortolookafterthecreditcontrolandsalesledgerfunction.Thebusinessneedsomeonethatishasatleast3yearsexperienceincreditcontrolandaccountsreceivabledutiesandthatislookingforarolewheretheyaretakingthenextstepintheircareer.Thebusinesshaveawellestablishedteamthatareexcellentcommunicatorsandhavelongstandingrelationshipsbothinternallyandexternally.

Thebusinesshavebeenlookingforsomeonethatwillbealongtermadditiontotheteamastheyworkinanenvironmentwhereteamworkandcommitmenttogettingthebestfromtheteamaroundthemandofferingexcellentservicestobothinternalandexternalcustomers.

Duties:

• Managethesalesledgeranddebtoraccounts,withafocusonkeycustomeraccounts.
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandinternalstakeholderstoensureeffectivecommunicationandissueresolution.
• Manageend-to-enddebtorsprocess.
• IdentifyandimplementprocessimprovementthatsupportstheagreedKPI's.
• SuperviseandsupporttheAccountsreceivableAssistant,includingprovidingcoverduringabsence.
• Completemonth-endandyear-endtasks,includingbalancesheetreconciliationsandauditsupport.
• AssistwithotherFinancedutiesasrequired.
