Graduate Spanish & French Teaching Assistant

Location: Greenwich (Kidbrooke)
Salary: £130–£150 per day
Start Date: ASAP

DBS: Must hold a valid DBS

A welcoming secondary school in Greenwich (Kidbrooke) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant to support students across French and Spanish . This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate considering a future career in teaching or teacher training.
The Role

• Support French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students
• Help develop students' vocabulary, grammar and speaking skills
• Support classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Encourage students' confidence and engagement with language learning
• Work alongside MFL teachers to support student progress
• Build positive relationships with students and staff

The Ideal Candidate

• 2:1 degree or above in French, Spanish, MFL or a related subject
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one target language
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Must hold a valid DBS or be able to provide evidence of an existing DBS
• Enthusiastic, patient and organised
• Passionate about supporting young people and education
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching is desirable
