PinpointResourcingareworkingwithaconstructionbusinesswhoarebasedinSlough,theyareactivelylookingforaDivisionalDirectortotaketheownershipoftheprojectsfromtheSloughoffice.

Duties:

• LeadthecommercialperformanceoftheUKbusinessandprojectportfolio,ensuringstrongcontractoutcomes,effectiveriskmanagement,disciplinedpricingandprotectionofCompanyvalue.
• Governthetenderingandestimatingprocesswithindelegatedauthority,challengingscope,assumptions,resources,risk,pricingandexpectedreturnsbeforecommitmentsaremade.
• Maintainstrongcommercialoversightofprojects,usingforecasts,budgetsandprogrammeperformancetoidentifyemergingissuesanddrivetimelyintervention.
• Shapetheorganisationandworkforcetosupportthebusinessplan,ensuringtherightleadership,skillsandcapacityareavailabletomeetcurrentandfuturedemand.
• Attract,developandretainkeytalent,withclearsuccessionplansanddevelopmentpathwaysforcriticalandhigh-potentialroles.
• Driveahigh-qualitysalesandopportunitypipeline,ensuringbusiness-developmentactivitysupportstargetedgrowth,profitability,riskappetiteandstrategicpriorities.
• Convertgrowthplansintopracticalrequirementsforpeople,systems,investmentandworkingcapital,enablingthebusinesstoscaleeffectivelywhilemaintainingoperationalstandards.
• Directthedeploymentofresourcesandcapitaltomaximisereturns,whilemaintainingcostcontrolandstrongcashconversionacrossWIP,billing,collections,suppliersandprojectdelivery.

Requirements:

• Haveatleast5yearsexperienceinasimilarrole
• Havemanagedateamofatleast3+people
• Ledprojectsacrosstheconstructionindustrywithtangibleexamplesofcommercialinput

Salaryandinformation:

• Officebased-5daysaweek
• 100,000-125,000
