Essential experience for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor role:

• Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with 6-10 yearsPQE
• Contractual disputes
• Company disputes
• Cross border disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Business Partnership disputes
• Corporate fraud

Qualifications for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor vacancy:

• Senior Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales 6 - 10years PQE
• Strong advocacy experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business development experience
