Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in East London?

Remedy Education are working with a fantastic school that is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN TA to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference and wants to build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils.

You'll be supporting pupils with additional needs both in the classroom and on a more individual basis, helping them access learning, develop their confidence and make progress.

The role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
• Support pupils to access the curriculum and participate in lessons
• Help develop pupils' confidence, independence and social skills
• Work closely with teachers and the wider support team
• Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Adapt activities and provide additional encouragement where needed
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced working with children or young people with SEN
• Passionate about supporting pupils to reach their potential
• Patient, caring and resilient
• Confident with behaviour management
• Able to build positive relationships quickly
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• A strong team player
