ReportingtotheFDwithexposuretotheBoardofDirectors,yourdutiesinclude:

-OverseeingmuchoftheGroup'sdaytodayfinancialoperations

-PreparingfullsetsofmanagementaccountsincludingbalancesheetreconciliationsandP&L

-Varianceanalysisagainstbudgetandprovidingcommentaryfortheleadershipteam

-Streamliningmonthendprocesseswhereapplicable

-Managinganddevelopingasmallteamoftransactionalstaff

-EnsurecompliancewithfinancialcontrolsandStatutoryAccounting

-Supportingthebudgetingandforecastingprocess

-Contributetobusiness/financialprojectsasandwhenrequired

-VATsubmissionsandbankreconciliations

-Overseeingmonthlypayroll

-Identifyareasforbusinessandprocessimprovementthroughanalysisandfinancialinsight

TheidealcandidatewillbeeitherafullyQualifiedAccountantorfinalistlevel.Youwillalsohaveademonstrativetrackrecordinsimilarrolesandcomeequippedwithplentyofinitiativeaswellasananalyticalmind.
