Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for anGeneral Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As theGeneral Maintenance Engineer, you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheGeneral Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for:

• The role involves completing planned and reactive maintenance and monitoring of all prison fabric within scope.
• You will conduct tasks in compliance with Company Safety Policy, Procedures, relevant Codes of Practice, NR, and Statutory Regulations, ensuring adherence to the Company's and Clients' Permit to Work Systems.
• You will liaise with engineers and subcontractors, develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of site engineering services, and support best working practices.
• You must complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, coordinate connections to existing plant/systems, and use and maintain O&M Manuals and quality procedures.

To be successful for thisGeneral Maintenance Engineer, role you must have:

• Previous relevant experience providing generalmaintenance services in a large, complex environment.
• Basic to intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with experience updating central data systems.
