Position: (Number 1) Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: up to £75,000 plus Car option and Benefits

New Build experience is essential. Industrial/Warehouse experience would be advantageous

Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial.

The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager.

Project Information:
Location: Birmingham
Contract value: £7.5 million
Type: Internal/Eternal Refurbishment of
existing Industrial Unit with small New Build Extension
Programme: 40 weeks

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects up to the value of £10 million.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
